We mail out sign up DVD's for Drawing Tutorials Online members once a week. Depending on where you will it can take up to three weeks to receive your DVD. If you live in Europe it can most definitely take up to three weeks to receive your DVD. Please be patient.

Some members do not give us their complete address when signing up. Log into your account and double check that your address is correct. You can do that under Resources - Your Account.
